Returns Policy

Stock items returned by a customer for credit must be in 'as new' or saleable condition. All returned items must be pre-approved by CASF, and are subject to the following charges and conditions:

• Where goods are returned by the customer, an Administrative Restocking fee of $195 is applicable.
• Where the goods are picked up by CASF for return, an Administrative Restocking fee of $195 applies, plus a $100 per sheet covering the original and return freight costs (Regional and remote returns may be subject to additional charges)
• Notification of a return should be no later than 30 days after delivery date.
• Non stock items, cut sheets and adhesive can not be returned for credit.
• Credit is subject to goods being in saleable condition on arrival to CASF Sydney.
• CASF is not liable for any damage that occurs during the return process.

Please note, customers will be invoiced for the replacement of faulty stock and credited once the faulty items have been returned.
